Mauricio Pochettino, manager of Chelsea, has acknowledged that Christopher Nkunku hurt his knee during the team’s final preseason game.

Nkunku, who cost £52 million to acquire from RB Leipzig this summer, had three goals on the club’s USA Tour, but he was substituted after just 20 minutes at Soldier Field.
The Chelsea medical staff will now conduct a more thorough evaluation on the 25-year-old.
