Frank Lampard, Chelsea’s interim manager, has confessed that the club is losing the fight to keep Mason Mount at Stamford Bridge.
Manchester United and Liverpool are interested in signing him as his future at Stamford Bridge becomes increasingly questionable.
His present contract is set to expire next summer, and Arsenal is also interested in signing the England international.
According to rumours, Mount wants to join Manchester United, but United’s upcoming offer is believed to fall short of Chelsea’s massive £85 million asking price.
Mount did not play in Chelsea’s 4-1 loss to Manchester United at Old Trafford on Thursday evening.
