Chelsea is fully set to take on Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park, with quality of players Graham Potter visits to trained with Chelsea teams at Cobham training camp today.
As Potter prepared ahead of the Blues game against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park this weekend, the new manager, Graham Potter has invited German-born Nigerian defender, Derrick Abu to train with the first team.
Abu was seen during training with Chelsea’s first team on Tuesday ahead of the Crystal Palace clash, according to Football London.
It is believed that the young defender took part in the training session because many of the Blues’ first-team players were away on international duty for their home countries.
Pictures on social media showed Abu training with the likes of N’Golo Kante during a workout at Cobham Training Center.
Meanwhile, not only Abu was visited to training, other youngsters who joined the first team during training include Charlie Webster, Omari Hutchinson, Dion Rankine, Dylan Williams, Ben Elliott, Alfie Gilchrist, Mason Burstow, Jude Soonsup-Bell, Brodi Hughes and Josh Brooking.
But, the questions many Chelsea fans will love to know, who Abu and other youngest players visits, featured by Graham Potter in this weekend?
No doubt, Potter will give Abu the chance at the pitch to tests his skills, but, his chances might be start for Chelsea or come in as a substitute against Crystal Palace this weekend.
