Chelsea yet to have a good starting this 2022/23 new campaign season and owner Todd Boehly is still open in backing the Germany tactician Thomas Tuchel in an attempt of transforming his squad into serious title contenders.
The Blues have so far signed marquee signings like Raheem Sterling, Kolidou Koulibaly, Marc Cucurella and Gabriel Solnina with latest reports seeming of jubilations after landing a £17m rated deal.
It should be noted that Tuchel’s main priority has always been to strengthen his backline following the departures of Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
However according to the Sun Football, Chelsea target Wesley Fofana has allegedly told his club Leicester City to let him leave this summer ahead of potential Stamford Bridge switch.
It’s claimed that Chelsea have already agreed personal terms with the 24 year old Frenchman and therefore a perfect opportunity for clubs to meet the fee agreement.
Ideally, Fofana is already an EPL proven star and therefore can be a good investment for Thomas Tuchel’s squad.
