THE CHIEFS WANT A R8 MILLION MIDFIELDER
Amakhosi management has rekindled their interest in Ngoma.
When he was still playing for African giants Raja Casablanca, the midfielder was linked with a move to Amakhosi.
Unfortunately, the transfer did not go through, and he joined Sudanese side Al-Hilal. However, Chiefs are showing renewed interest.
“They (Chiefs) feel that they need an experienced midfielder to help the youngsters, and since Cole Alexander will be leaving the team and Siyethembe Sithebe has not been reliable (in terms of performance) for the technical team, they have renewed interest in Ngoma,” a SoccerLaduma insider confirmed.
Alexander is expected to leave alongside midfielders Phathushedzo Nange, Kamohelo Mahlatsi, and George Matlou.
That means the Soweto giants will need to bring in an experienced midfielder.
