They went into the game knowing exactly that they have to win to make sure that they get a victory, Kaizer Chiefs knew that they have to come out and throw everything at their visitors in search for an equalizer after having gone into the break trailing by 2-1, they applied pressure to Swallows FC as they were looking for a second goal to level matters, they had up to 12 corner kicks but none of them was converted into a goal, they were all wasted with just one nearly causing trouble for The Dube Birds, that was a header from Siyabonga Ngezana, but the ball struck the upright much to the disappoinment of the tall defender.
