The first important point is that Mr. Roman Abramovich has not changed his intentions to gift the proceeds from the sale of Chelsea to charity, as opposed to speculation by the media.
Abramovich has reportedly identified senior representatives from the UN bodies and other large world charitable organizations who will be tasked with forming a foundation and setting plans for the intended activities, as he has not been involved in this process that will be expertly managed by some experienced bodies.

The second point is that Roman Abramovich has not asked that any loan owed him by the club be repaid, as such suggestions and rumors are fake. He has also not increased the price of the club at the last minute.
He has been interested in finding a good custodian for Chelsea, and he has encouraged each bidder who will potentially be the new owners to commit to investing in the club. including the academy and women’s team, and undertaking all the necessary redevelopment of the stadium.
