Former Chelsea star center back and England international, Gary Cahill has now finally decided to hang his boots with him ending his long-term football career at the age of 36 following his latest appearance for Premier League side, AFC Bournemouth.
“Football is a game that has given me so much enjoyment and success and as I make the decision to hang my boots I can honestly say I gave everything I had…” reads part of official statement from the former Chelsea maestro.
Besides Chelsea, Cahill has represented a number of teams across the Premier League with him plying his trade with Aston Villa, Burnley (loan), Sheffield United (loan), Bolton Wanderers as well as Crystal Palace and hence showing his vast experience at the top of the game.

In 394 Premier League appearances, the 36 year old managed to bag 103 clean sheets, chipping in 28 goals besides bagging two EPL titles among other trophies.
