Following 1-0 defeat in the hands of Dinamo Zagreb in the opening UEFA Champions League group stage fixture, Premier League giants Chelsea have now decided to part ways with it’s head coach, Thomas Tuchel in a surprising move.
Tuchel, 49 took over the reigns at the Stamford Bridge back in January, 2021 following a promising spell with Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain and have had a fantastic time at the Stamford Bridge bar the ongoing crisis in which the Blues have only managed to bag 10 points in six Premier League games.
The German tactician led the London giants to the 2020/21 UEFA Champions League triumph besides guiding them to the Club Word Cup as well as the 2021/22 FA Cup and Carabao Cup finals and hence, his time at the Stamford Bridge is no doubt full of success despite the recent slump.
As confirmed by the club, the current coaching staff are due to oversee the training sessions as search for permanent replacement continues.
